This is a lovely massage if you are a chilly billy or have a sluggish circulatory system. The warm stones relax the muscles and have a detoxifying effect on the body. During the massage the therapist uses both, hands and warm volcanic stones to massage your body. You can also incorporate this treatment into a detoxifying programme to encourage elimination of toxins. Reiki - Cost £35.00
Reiki is a wonderful treatment to have when you feel emotionally out of kilter as it brings emotional energy in to balance encouraging peaceful feelings and mental clarity. Clients have experienced an improvement in physical energy levels, (expressing a desire to run up Snowdon!), relief from lower back pain and enjoyed more harmonious personal and business relationships. Distant Healing - Cost £35.00
If you live far away from south Wales the magic of Reiki is that it travels. I have a client in Italy. We arrange the time and date, the client sits down and relaxes and we have a phone call afterwards to discuss the experience. Amazing! Powerful! Effective! And all without leaving your home!

Your body will thank you for taking the time to treat it to some therapeutic massage, however if your tension has accumulated over a period of time it may take a number of sessions to feel lasting benefits.
